Terms of Service

By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using Property Deal Agent (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Paid plans renew monthly or annually until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods except where required by law. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.

You agree not to: (a) scrape data sources in violation of their terms; (b) use the AI outreach features in ways that violate the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, or similar laws; (c) place automated voice calls without proper consent and disclosure; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer the Service; (e) resell the Service without a written agreement.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your outreach activities comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

You retain all rights to property data, notes, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Service for you.

Estimates, summaries, scores, and AI-generated content produced by the Service are informational only, not investment, legal, or tax advice. Real estate decisions involve significant capital; you should verify all numbers with your own due diligence and professional advisors before committing.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Anthropic, Stripe, Rentcast, etc.), and unforeseen issues may cause downtime.

You may cancel at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for material breach of these Terms with reasonable notice when feasible. On termination, your access ends; data is retained per the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
