- Do I need my own MLS access?
- Yes. You supply a RESO-compatible
access_token+base_urlfrom your MLS vendor (MLSGrid, Trestle, Bridge, Spark). We never sign the license on your behalf on self-serve tiers — that keeps price floors low for everyone. Enterprise plans include managed MLS. - What happens when I hit a cap?
- Listings and AI credits are both hard-capped on self-serve tiers. Listings reset on a rolling 30-day window; AI credits reset on the 1st of each calendar month. The UI shows both meters at the top of Sources.
- Is the free offline version really free?
- Yes. Every AI feature (summary, memo, offer narrative, deal chat) it switches to an offline version that uses the real numbers from your underwriting. No AI call = no credit used. Add an AI key to turn on the full version.
- Can I bring my own Anthropic key?
- On Team you can pass your Anthropic key through and we pro-rate credits against your own spend. Contact us at info@propdealagent.com to set it up.
- Do I lose my data if I downgrade?
- No. All properties, notes, offers, and chat history stay with your account. New saved-search runs will start failing if you're over cap, and AI features will stop working until credits reset — but nothing is deleted.
