Property Deal Agent

This is a working draft. Property Deal Agent is committed to protecting your privacy; the final policy below will be reviewed by counsel before public launch.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (email address, password, profile details, payment information via Stripe) and information generated by your use of the product (property listings you save, underwriting assumptions, chat messages, outreach drafts).

We do not collect government identifiers, health data, or precise location data. Third-party sign-in providers (Google, Yahoo) share only your verified email address with us.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data powers your individual workspace: deals you save, assumptions you configure, AI estimates we generate for you. We process payment information solely through Stripe for billing. Aggregate, de-identified usage data may be analyzed to improve the product.

3. Third-Party Services

We share data with operational service providers as needed to deliver the product: Anthropic (LLM inference for AI features), Stripe (payments),Rentcast / ATTOM / RESO (when you connect your own API key for listing data — these are your accounts, your data flow), and our hosting provider for the application servers. We do not sell your data to advertisers.

4. Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Deleted accounts are purged within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or accounting purposes (e.g. tax records for payment history).

5. Your Rights

You can export your data at any time from the Settings page, delete your account, or contact us with questions about how your information is handled. EU/UK/CA residents have additional rights under their respective regulations.

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, Fernet at rest for credentials, BCrypt for passwords). Our infrastructure aligns with SOC-2 controls. We have not undergone a SOC-2 audit at this stage.
